3. Service Appointments & Scheduling

  • Customers must schedule appointments via our website, phone, or email.

  • We aim to arrive within the scheduled service window but do not guarantee exact times due to factors outside our control (e.g., weather, traffic, prior jobs).

  • You must ensure pool/spa access and electricity are available during scheduled appointments.

4. Pricing & Payments

  • All pricing is subject to change without notice.

  • Quotes provided before service are estimates only unless otherwise stated in writing.

  • Full payment is due upon completion of service unless a separate agreement is made.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

All About Pools & Spas is not liable for:

  • Damages resulting from misuse, neglect, or user error

  • Issues caused by unreported water chemistry imbalances

  • Injuries occurring due to unsafe access to service areas

  • Loss of use of pool/spa during maintenance or repair periods

All content on our website and materials we provide (including images, videos, and text) is owned by All About Pools & Spas or licensed to us. Unauthorized use is prohibited.
